About this retreat
This daylong sesshin opens Ancient Dragon Zen Gate's Spring Practice Period. The retreat spans Saturday evening and all of Sunday, beginning with orientation and zazen Saturday night, then a full sitting day Sunday from 7 am to 5:30 pm that includes oryoki (formal) lunch.
You can attend in person at the Lincoln Square Zendo in New York or participate online. The center explicitly welcomes partial attendance, so you can drop in for the Saturday evening session, stay for the full Sunday sit, or join just one day.
