Mountain Rain Zen Community

Mountain Rain Zen Community is an independent Soto Zen sangha in Vancouver practicing in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki Roshi, guided by Myoshin Kate McCandless and Shinmon Michael Newton. They operate Wall Street Zendo and Bright Stream Temple (Koryuji), offering weekly zazen, non-residential retreats, and online practice. The zendo is wheelchair accessible; both in-person and remote participation are available.
