Dancing in the Dark Fields of Illness & Pain, Online
with Zenshin Florence Caplow·Soto Zen
Six-part online class for people living with chronic illness or pain. Led by Zen priest Zenshin Florence Caplow, who brings two decades of personal experience with auto-immune illness. Participants share stories and explore relevant practices together.
About this retreat
This six-part series is designed for people navigating chronic illness or pain—not as a medical intervention, but as a space to share experience and learn practices that may help. Zenshin Florence Caplow leads from lived knowledge: she's been working with auto-immune illness for two decades and is an ordained Zen priest in the Soto tradition.
The format is a peer-learning circle more than a lecture. Participants share stories and explore practices together over the six weeks. The center has not yet published the full schedule, meeting times, or which practices will be covered. Contact Green Gulch Farm Zen Center for those details.
This is an online class, not a retreat in the traditional sense—you attend from home, and no residential or commuter option is available.
Schedules can change — confirm details on Green Gulch Farm Zen Center / Green Dragon Temple's website.
